Karolina with long blond hair
This model came from Poland her name is Karolina. She had long blond beautiful hair. My main plan on 4 December 2011 was to delay painting the eyes. Painting the eyes is a decisive moment so to avoid putting the eyes at the wrong place or making them too big or too small I decided to wait with painting then as long as possible.
I did not finish the painting on 4 December so I have an eyeless half finished painting.
On 18 December 2011 I had the last chance to paint Karolina. I decided to abandon the painting from 4 December and start with a new painting.
There was not really much time to reflect about how to do things right. Some of the painting skills better come as a quick reflex rather than a well calculated thought so I just turned on the turbo and painted as well as I could in three hours.
