Teddy Bears
For a long time I considered this painting to be the best I could achieve. Later I figured out that as long you keep learning then you are always at the peak of your capacity. On this painting I had been starting to work with the contrast. I was surprised that although the painting had imperfections the overall result is nice.
Many times when you are painting aquarelles one of the most difficult decisions is when to stop painting. I could often see that applying more perfection would not add to the overall quality to the painting but rather the reverse making the colors muddier and dirty.
On this painting you can see three teddy bears. There is also a plastic toy of colored rings on a pole and one yellow plastic duck.
I moved from Sweden to The Netherlands in 1995.
Here on this site, you find my creations because that is what I do. I create.
